Located at Ashley County Medical Center
At Ashley County Medical Center, our team of experienced, caring professionals
are proud to be able to provide a wide variety of behavioral services
to geriatric patients throughout Crossett and the surrounding areas. We
are dedicated to providing a high level of care to our community. One
way we do this is by providing programs and services that help patients
who may be struggling through a difficult time. We provide both inpatient
and outpatient care for patients needing behavioral services.
Patients who may need behavioral services often exhibit these symptoms:
- Lack of personal hygiene / care
- Changes in sleep patterns or appetite
- Lifestyle changes
- Mood swings
- Constant fatigue
- Recurring thoughts of death
- Feelings of despair
- Withdrawal from social activities
Our programs encourage the implementation of healthy patterns into our
patients’ daily lives. Licensed therapists work with our patients
to provide them with individualized services to help them succeed. Whether
our patients need encouragement for healthy social interaction or help
in accomplishing daily activities, our programs encourage independence

Benefits of our Behavioral Services Program
One of the many benefits to our program is the fact that we are local.
In fact, many of our physicians and medical staff were born and raised
in the area, and are thoroughly familiar with the community. As a whole,
this enables us to provide better care to our patients. Although we are
a local hospital, we offer a wide variety of services, meaning that our
patients don’t have to travel to get the help they need. They benefit
from less travel time and more time at home and with loved ones.

services can benefit you or a loved one. We are backed by years of experience!
