Free Weights
If strength and toning is what you want, the free weight area is where you want to be. The staff can assist you with certain exercises or you may bring your buddy and assist each other. You don't need to have knowledge of free weights to begin. The basic exercise and proper form are taught to anyone who is interested!

Aerobic Instruction
The Wellness Center's nationally certified aerobic instructors offer a variety of workouts that are unsurpassed. They combine the latest in aerobic choreography with their many years of teaching experience. Each instructor pauses during class to check heart rates and is trained to monitor all class participants. The instructors design each class for the beginner or the advanced by modifying choreography during the class.

Walking Program
The walking program is designed to provide people with a safe climate controlled environment while they walk on the indoor track. The trained staff checks blood pressures and help to monitor heart rates. Records are kept on each walker, if wanted, and copies are available for Doctor's visits. The Wellness Center's walking program is a great "First Step" to any exercise program.
