Crossett, AR, January 27, 2017—Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett
welcomes Dr. James Brown, board certified Obstetrics and Gynecologist
to their team. A native of California, Brown has been practicing for 25
years. He received his doctorate of medicine from St. Georges University
School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. His residency training in
Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and The Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut.
Dr. Brown is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology,
and affiliated with the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine.
Dr. Brown enjoys staying current with procedures and technology, continuing
to learn new procedures since his residency graduation. “Since graduation
I have learned to perform laparoscopic hysterectomy, TVT’s for stress
urinary incontinence, laparoscopic salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy,
Novasure ablation for menstrual problems, Essure tubal sterilization,
laparoscopic oophorectomy, and laparoscopic appendectomy,” says
James Brown, M.D.
