ACMC Family Home Health has been named a national best practice agency
by Fazzi Associates, based on their overall patient satisfaction results
for the year 2015.
Agencies named as national best practice agencies are proven leaders and
have excelled in one of the most important measures of an agency’s
quality program-patient experience. Based on a comparative analysis of
agencies involved in Fazzi Associates’ HHCAHPS, Home Health Consumer
Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, for the past year, ACMC
Family Home Health’s results for the Overall Satisfaction and Likelihood
of Recommending survey questions place ACMC Family Home Health in the
top 25% of Fazzi’s National Patient Satisfaction database. Fazzi’s
customer database has roughly between 850 to 900 agencies involved.
ACMC Family Home Health was presented the Patient Satisfaction Award of
Distinction. This award is presented to home health organizations that
have demonstrated superior performances in patient satisfaction in 2015.
Patient satisfaction is a very important gauge of quality healthcare and
linked to safety, quality, and the patients’ experience. Patient
satisfaction measures patients’ perception of the quality of the
healthcare and services they received. In ACMC Family Home Health meetings,
our agency personnel review the results of patient satisfaction surveys
to find ways to improve the level of patient satisfaction and make the
Home Health experience the best possible for our patients and their families.
