Exercise Programs at Ashley County Medical Center

The Ashley County Medical Center is constantly looking for ways to serve our community and promote wellness and healthy lifestyles throughout Crossett and the surrounding areas. One of the ways we’ve strived to achieve this goal is through the establishment of our Wellness Center. Our expansive center contains a workout room, bike room, and other areas designed to meet the health and fitness needs of our community. Our equipment is clean and up-to-date and we have several exercise tech’s who are there to serve our members. We also offer several exercise programs that are aimed at weight loss, increased flexibility, improved cardio, and more. We’re here to help our community grow stronger, both physically and mentally. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to prevent illness and injury. With a variety of classes and equipment available, our gym is able to meet the needs of our community.

  • Friday: 5:00am – 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
